I feel you, Andre. I feel you.

Chicago Bulls‘ Andre Drummond announced on Twitter Tuesday that he is deleting all of the social apps on his phone in order to “focus on my mental health.”

Drummond also said that his phone number is getting changed too.

“Deleting all my social apps my Managment will take over , also changing my number ..” tweeted Drummond. “Time to focus on my mental health.”

This isn’t the first time that Drummond has opened up about his mental health, doing so last year when he said he was “focusing on the wrong things, allowing my everyday life to stress me out.”

I get where Andre Drummond is coming from, as far as stress levels are concerned.

Personally, most of my stress comes from the financial side of things (like most people), so I couldn’t imagine being a millionaire and having mental health problems, but I’m sure they exist. I mean, after all, look at everybody in Hollywood. Those are some of the most miserable people you’ll ever see.

But I sincerely hope Andre will be good, especially considering this isn’t the first time he’s spoken out about his mental health. (RELATED: Brawl Nearly Explodes After Draymond Green Tries To Kick Herb Jones In The Head During Warriors-Pelicans Game)

It’s funny, I used to make fun of the whole “mental health blah-blah-blah” conversations, but the older I get, the more I understand. I’ve even had to do certain things just to make sure my mental health stays in check, and thank the good Lord, it’s been working out great so far.

Hey, we’re all human beings, and we all have problems and stress. That’s just life. Do what you gotta do.
