“Avengers” star Jeremy Renner is planning his first public appearance since sustaining critical injuries after being crushed by a snow plow New Year’s Day.

Renner issued a statement indicating he will be attending the Los Angeles premiere of his Disney+ reality series April 11, less than four months after his accident, according to People. The 52-year-old actor is expected to join the cast at the Regency Village Theatre for a screening as well as a live question-and-answer period. An “immersive block party” appears to be on the agenda for this event, but it remains unclear if Renner will be part of that experience, according to People.

In “Rennervations,” Renner reconstructs decommissioned cars alongside Vanessa Hudgens, Anthony Mackie, Sebastián Yatra and Anil Kapoor. The actor’s best friend, Rory Millikin, is also part of the cast of the Disney+ production.

Renner sustained over 30 broken bones and endured numerous surgical procedures as a result of the January snow plow incident. He was originally listed in critical condition after the reportedly 14,330-pound machine ran over his body. (RELATED: Jeremy Renner Posts A Remarkable Video Of His Recovery)

The famous actor rejoined social media and has since been providing regular updates to fans, keeping them apprised of his medical condition, as well as his achievements in regaining strength in his body.
