If this football thing doesn’t work out for Tristan Wirfs, he should join the WWE.

The six-foot-five, 320-pound offensive lineman for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers demonstrated his unbelievable showmanship by doing a backflip into a pool recently, video shared Thursday shows.

After completing the flip with ease, the Buccaneers’ mascot standing by looked back at the camera, seemingly as excited as possible about it.

Seeing a guy that size flip like that is amazing. Wirfs flipped all 320 pounds of himself with ease! He looked like a gymnast in the Olympics, for crying out loud.

After watching this, I think Wirfs would make a tremendous WWE superstar. He’s gifted with size, and I imagine he would do serious damage to some of his opponents flying off the top rope. One backflip off the top rope from Wirfs would keep any man down for a three-count.

Right now, there’s no real competition to Roman Reigns’ historic title run in WWE. He’s beaten the likes of Brock Lesnar, Logan Paul, John Cena and many others during his legendary 948-day run as the champion. I believe it’s long past time for somebody new to step up to the plate and contend for the WWE title(s).  (RELATED: REPORT: WWE Selling To UFC Parent Company Endeavor At $9.3 Billion Valuation)

I’m getting a little bit ahead of myself here, but Wirfs defeating Reigns would be believable, considering his ginormous size and the fact he’s a stud football player.

If Wirfs never tries his hand inside the squared circle, I’m afraid Reigns will be the champ for another 948 days.

Nevertheless, what incredible athleticism by Wirfs in this clip. Vince McMahon ought to give his telephone a ring.
