A cybersecurity employee for the city of Kissimmee, Florida, allegedly installed a clandestine Wi-Fi network and hidden camera in a cruise ship bathroom, according to an FBI criminal complaint.

According to the FBI, Jeremy Froias boarded the Royal Caribbean’s Harmony of the Seas cruise ship on April 29 bound for the Caribbean. The following day, Froias allegedly installed a hidden camera in one of the ship’s bathrooms near an upper-deck surfing ride, Fox 35 reported.

On May 1, a passenger discovered the camera in an area above the door that cruise ship staff had removed for repairs. Investigating authorities found the camera contained hours of recorded footage showing up to 150 people changing and using the facilities, at least 40 of which were children, the outlet stated. “We are aware of an incident that occurred on board Harmony of the Seas’ April 29 cruise. The matter was immediately reported to local and federal law enforcement and the guest involved was removed from the ship by authorities for further investigation. As this is an active case, we are unable to share any more details at this time,” Royal Caribbean said in a statement, according to Fox 35 News.

The FBI has set up a website in an attempt to find the victims who were affected by the alleged exploitation.

Froias, who had worked in the capacity of a cybersecurity officer for the city of Kissimmee since 2004, was fired from his position on May 8 in light of the allegations. Additionally, Froias is facing multiple charges of video voyeurism and attempted possession of child exploitation material, Fox 35 reported.
