An intoxicated Florida mother allegedly crashed her car with seven kids in the vehicle on Sunday, marking the second time in two months she has been charged with DUI while transporting children.

The 38-year-old woman, Miazoti Ann White, crossed a median into oncoming traffic and rammed into another vehicle in Coral Springs, Florida, Local 10 reported. The seven toddlers in the car, one of whom was injured, were not wearing seatbelts, the outlet noted, citing the arrest report. The children ranged in age from three to six, per the Florida Sun Sentinel.

Police officers responding to the accident noticed an unopened bottle of beer in the center-console cupholder of the car and signs of the spilled drink in the driver’s seat, Local 10 reported. Cops also said they smelled alcohol on White’s breath and heard her say during a phone call that “I was drinking!” per the outlet. White’s last DUI occurred on April 14, according to Local 10. For that incident, she was charged with a DUI, three counts of DUI with a minor in the vehicle and resisting an officer without violence, the outlet continued.

Two of the seven children present in the vehicle for her latest DUI were also in the car when she was arrested in April, according to Assistant State Attorney Eric Linder, Local 10 reported.

White appeared in a Broward County courthouse Tuesday, where she faced 27 charges. These included DUI with damage to property or a person, 7 counts of driving under the influence while accompanied by a minor, seven counts of child neglect, seven counts of child restraint violations, driving with a suspended license, refusal to submit to a DUI roadside test, driving on the wrong side of the road, as well as battery on a police officer, the outlet noted.
