Reality TV Star Dead At 62

“Bling Empire” star Anna Shay died suddenly from a stroke at the age of 62.

Her family confirmed her death and said she will be “forever missed,” according to People. “It saddens our hearts to announce that Anna Shay, a loving mother, grandmother, charismatic star, and our brightest ray of sunshine, has passed away at the early age of 62 from a stroke,” her family said in a statement.

Shay’s family shared fond memories in their tribute.

“Anna taught us many life lessons on how not to take life too seriously and to enjoy the finer things,” they said.

“Her impact on our lives will be forever missed but never forgotten,” they wrote, according to People.

Shay joined “Bling Empire” during the inaugural season on Netflix in 2021 and instantly connected with fans. She was immediately adored and amassed an impressive social media following.

Her extreme financial wealth captivated fans, and the source of her wealth remained a mystery for some time. Her fortune was later revealed as being the result of her father’s career moves. He was the founder of Pacific Architects and Engineers.

The reality television star posted her message alongside a photograph of herself dressed up at what appears to be a festive holiday event.

Shay is survived by her son, Kenny Kemp and her grandchildren. Her grandchildren have never been publicly identified.

No information about funeral arrangements has been released as of yet.
