How can you not love Jimmy Butler?

It’s a shocker to everybody, including myself, as to what my Miami Heat have been able to do in the 2023 NBA Playoffs. But now that they’ve made it all the way to The Finals, the team has no interest in letting a championship opportunity slip out of their fingers — similar to what happened in the 2020 NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers.

And this is why the team is trying to stay loose.

Insert Playoff Jimmy, Himmy Buckets, whatever you want to call him … Miami’s superstar and leader in the flesh.

My man has always had a golden personality. Whether it’s launching his own coffee company, annoying his teammates with country music just to fall in love with it himself, or flipping off kayaks, Jimmy is a bit of a G in regards to being carefree. So when it comes to keeping a team loose with some good ol’ fashioned fun, ‘Him’ is the perfect person for the job.

And how is Jimmy doing this amid a 1-1 tie in the NBA Finals against a Nikola Jokić-led Denver Nuggets?

By flashing his teammate Bam Adebayo. Yes, with his behind.

Man, I love this Miami Heat team.

It’s weird too. Throughout the whole season, there was a ton of frustration, irritation, blatant anger, sadness, pain, pretty much all of the negative emotions that you can experience. That was how it was literally throughout the entire 2022-23 campaign, so it’s just weird to see my Heat in the NBA Finals. It’s magical, but it’s so strange. And I can’t explain it other than good coaching and Heat Culture.

And I don’t care what anybody says — and I’m not saying this as a biased homer — but I just have a feeling that we’re going to win the championship to continue this bizarre streak. I can’t explain it, it’s just how things feel. Nothing makes sense, but it’ll happen. Everything is just so, so weird. Gloriously weird, but weird. And now here we are with Jimmy flashing people.

Man, I love my Heat.
