A Michigan man went on a profanity-laced outburst, directing his ire at a judge presiding over his case, FOX2 reported Thursday.
Darrel Jarrell, who was being tried for misdemeanor trespassing, began yelling at Washtenaw County Judge Cedric Simpson as the court was being adjourned, according FOX2.
After Simpson set a September court date for Jarrell, the defendant reportedly said, “I’m tired of this state, I’m ready to leave this state as soon as possible. You guys can kiss my ass.” (RELATED: Judge Texts Her Way Through Murder Trial, Resigns: REPORT)

“You know what? No, no, no. You don’t come in here-” the judge responded, as Jarrell cut him off.
“Fuck you!” Jarrell said.
“That’s contempt. That’s 93,” Simpson said.
Jarrell swore at the judge another six times before being led out of the courtroom in handcuffs and each time Simpson issued a 93-day misdemeanor charge, FOX2 reported.
When Simpson moved onto the next case, the next defendant said, “I just seen, uh, how you doing your honor? How you doing sir.”
“He was out of order in court,” local resident Michael Kay told FOX2. “You can’t get away with just talking, especially to a judge like that. That’s ridiculous.”
Simpson told Jenkins that Jarrell’s behavior did not bother him, the outlet reported.
