Former MLB pitcher Greg Swindell issued a statement to Twitter announcing that his daughter Brenna, a single mother of three, “has been found.”

He announced the update to the search for his daughter online Tuesday morning. The former MLB athlete said he had no further information to share and thanked “everyone” for their support.

“Thank you to everyone. And I mean everyone who helped in the process,” Swindell wrote on Twitter.

Swindell shared a heartfelt post to social media, Sunday, telling fans that Brenna went missing from the Austin, Texas area Thursday and has not been heard from since. He posted an image of Brenna and expressed deep concern that her former boyfriend was in trouble with the law after an alleged assault against Brenna in July.

“Her phone is off and she has not been in contact with family, friends, and most importantly her children,” he wrote.

“Her ex-boyfriend in the photo has a warrant and is violent so PLEASE if you have seen or heard from either one of them, let us know,” Swindell continued.

The former pitcher who helped the Arizona Diamondbacks win the 2001 World Series issued a description of his daughter’s vehicle and noted that he had filed a missing persons report with police.

“Brennie, if you see this, we all love you so much and need you home!” Swindell wrote.

Swindell expressed the urgent nature of this matter in an update.

“We don’t know if she went with him willingly, was talked into running away with him, or what. I still feel she would never abandon her 3 children or just take off without explanation. So until we can prove otherwise, we feel she is in danger,” he wrote.

Swindell updated his post as new developments became available.

“They were seen together Thursday night and we have managed to get a GPS on the KIA that is now in Colorado. Both phones seem to be there but both are turned off.”

Swindell has posted another update. “All we know about the car is that it went through a reader in colorado on 1-25 Friday evening. DPS has been working on it the best they can. Because the GPS isn’t on and no cell phones are on, there is no science exactly where the car is by now,” the most current update reads.
