Christopher W. Ullman is a strategic and crisis communications professional with more than 20 years of experience in the private and government sectors. He specializes in financial services, currently working as director of global communications at an investment firm and having served as spokesman for the U.S. Office of Management and Budget, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Budget Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives. <br /> <br /> Mr. Ullman, a champion whistler, avid cyclist, and home renovator, earned his B.A. in political science from Binghamton University. Mr. Ullman, his wife Kristen and their three children live in Alexandria, Virginia.
