Heather S. Heidelbaugh, is a Shareholder in the Litigation Services and Intellectual Property groups of Babst, Calland, Clements and Zomnir, P.C. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and the First Vice-President of the Republican National Lawyers Association. Her practice focuses on complex litigation, products liability, intellectual property and election law. She was elected to the Academy of Trial Lawyers, has been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer, and was recently selected as a Fellow of Litigation Counsel of America. She was the winner of the first Pro Bono Award from the Allegheny County Bar Association for her work in forming a legal clinic for the homeless. She appears weekly on WQEDTV as a panelist on 'Off Q' a public affairs program in Pittsburgh and is a regular commentator on local television in regard to politics, law and elections. In addition, she has been interviewed and quoted by The Wall Street Journal; ABC World News Tonight; CNN; American Spectator; the New York Times; the Washington Times; Politico; and Investors Business Daily, among others. She has lectured at Harvard Law School on Election Law; serves on the Board of the Allegheny Institute; and testified before the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights, and Civil Liberties. She has spoke at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and has appeared on Fox News, including The Factor with Bill O'Reilly.<br /> <br /> Ms. Heidelbaugh received her B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia, where she also earned her J.D. She was a member of the Order of Barristers, the winner of the National Moot Court Team and chosen as the Best Oral Advocate. Ms. Heidelbaugh is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Missouri and Illinois. She is an active member of many community and legal organizations and regularly lectures and writes on legal issues.
