John Nothdurft

Director of Government Relations, Heartland Institute

John Nothdurft joined the staff of The Heartland Institute in May 2008 as Heartland's legislative specialist on budget and tax policy. He was named government relations director in November 2010.<br /> <br /> John is a member of the American Legislative Exchange Council’s (ALEC) Tax and Fiscal Policy Task Force, and he has testified before multiple state legislatures on a wide range of issues. His work has been published in scores of publications, including the Chicago Tribune, Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel, Detroit News, Chicago Sun-Times, Atlanta Journal-Constitution, and Investor’s Business Daily.
