Ronald D. Rotunda holds the Doy & Dee Henley Chair and is Distinguished Professor of Jurisprudence at Chapman University, Dale E. Fowler School of Law. He is the former Assistant Majority Counsel to the Senate Watergate Committee, and is the co-author of a 6-volume Treatise on Constitutional Law, which has an extensive analysis of the Congressional Power of Contempt.
