Haiti earthquake: Number of dead could be more than 100,000 as bloodstained bodies pile up in the streets

The Prime Minister of Haiti tonight said the death toll for the catastrophic earthquake could top 100,000 as the full scale of the disaster began to emerge.

Jean-Max Bellerive said it was still impossible to tell how many had been killed as the capital Port-au-Prince was in such chaos.
