Nancy Pelosi gave remarks to the press before she marched across the street to the Capitol to begin the rounds of voting leading up to the actual vote on the health-care bill. During the remarks she said this line: “We’re doing this one for the American people. For their health, for their opportunity, for their job success and for the education of their children.”
