Lock up your daughters – Larry King is on the loose!
King and his wife of thirteen years (the only one to make it to double digits) filed for divorce yesterday, citing “irreconcilable differences.” King and Southwick married on September 5, 1997 while King was in a hospital bed, the night before he underwent heart surgery. Talk about romance!
King’s eighth divorce took a twist when Shawn, after filing, accused Larry of cheating with her 45-year-old sister, Shannon Engemann.
Engemann told TMZ.com that, “this is so ludicrous. Larry has been nothing but generous to our entire family, including me.” Thus, she did not deny the affair at all, left their relationship open to loose interpretation by using the word “generous,” and revealed that she and her sister are clearly not on the same page.
