A Reno man is under arrest for allegedly using a harvesting tool called a scythe to attack another man who came to help collect the belongings of the suspect’s ex-girlfriend on Wednesday.
Kevin Darold Overton, 44, was arrested on suspicion of battery with a deadly weapon and injury to property of another with bail set at $4,000, the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office reported.
