Gary Coleman was secretly divorced from his fiery-tempered young wife – but she still was the one who told doctors to pull the plug on the tragic actor last week, his lawyer revealed Wednesday.
“I don’t think anyone is looking at criminal wrongdoing here, but this raises the issue of the appropriateness of her making the decision to take him off life support,” said Randy Kester, who handled the hush-hush divorce from Shannon Price, 24.
“They’ve been divorced since August 2008 but continued to be together. She might have subjectively felt she was still his wife,” the lawyer told The Daily News.
