LONGWOOD — A proposed cell phone tower shaped like a cross has a Seminole County neighborhood up in arms.
The tower would be constructed in front of a local church.
But some neighbors said it would be an eyesore.
“My wife thinks it a horrible thing and I think it's progress,” said Don Dessert, a neighbor.
The Dessert house is divided over a proposed cross bearing cell phone tower that would be constructed just feet away from their home.
