Jake Pavelka has portrayed himself as the romantic pilot with the heart of gold since his days on ABC’s The Bachelorette, but a source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that his earnest search for love as The Bachelor was all a front for his bid for fame.
“He tried to tell himself he loved [Vienna], but he did it for the fame,” the source said.
Jake has claimed publicly that a big reason he and Vienna split was the lack of support she gave him, but the source says it was Jake who showed little interest in the relationship.
