Four men from Australia, Mexico and the US have been charged after Customs officers found 240 kilograms of cocaine inside stone pavers.
The pavers containing $84 million worth of cocaine wrapped in brown tape were inside two shipping containers sent from Mexico to Port Melbourne last month.
Police say they have disrupted a major South American crime syndicate with the seizure of cocaine, which they say is the fifth-largest in Australian history.
