Supermodel Lara Stone today announced she is taking legal action after alleging that unauthorised photographs appeared in French Playboy.
The Dutch model, who is married to British comedian David Walliams, said the magazine had ‘no right’ to publish the pictures, which include topless snaps, last month.
She has instructed lawyers Schillings to commence proceedings in Paris against French Playboy and photographer Greg Lotus.
