According to the NY Daily News, Elle Magazine has just named Christina Hendricks, Mad Men’s voluptuous Office Manager, one of the 25 most stylesavvy women alive.

Deputy Editor Maggie Bullock says the magazine selected Hendricks because she, “captured our collective imagination,” continuing, “the fact that she’s so different from the standard starlet makes her really interesting to us and to our readers.”

Quite different from the ‘standard starlet,’ indeed. Measuring at 39DD-30-39, Hendricks makes Marilyn Monroe look like a pre-pubescent tween (according to her dressmaker, Marilyn was 36D-22-35).  She also repeatedly stresses that talk of her body is “boring,” and seems continuously surprised at the amount of attention she attracts.

If she can’t see why, lets face it – she’s hopeless. For the benefit of everyone else, however, here’s a look at why men are so mad about Christina Hendricks. We’ll give you two, big hints.
