Former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton, who’s thinking about a 2012 presidential bid, gave a foreign policy talk at Temple Emanu-El Wednesday night in which he said President Obama waited too long to act on Libya.
When he finished his talk to about 150 people, he stopped to say hello to U.S. Rep. Allen West, R-Plantation, who was about to begin a congressional town hall meeting down the hall that drew more than 300 people.
