At 1:10 CNN reported,
Canadian Lt. Gen. Charlie Bouchard will command the NATO military campaign over Libya, CNN has confirmed.
Then, at 2:22 The WSJ reported,
Canada’s ruling minority Conservatives were toppled in a no confidence vote Friday with a historic finding of contempt of parliament against the government, paving the way for the fourth election in seven years…
I’m not saying there’s a connection, but the timing couldn’t be better (or worse)…
