TweetDeck owner Iain Dodsworth issued a statement today, saying, “I am extremely happy and proud to let you know that TweetDeck has been acquired by Twitter. We completed the deal on Tuesday and are now in the process of ‘joining the flock.'”
He added that he would like to give a “big thank-you to all our investors for their support and guidance over the past few years.”
