Gossip Cop is reporting that Ryan Dunn, the 34-year-old star of “Jackass,” died in a car crash on Monday morning. UPDATE: TMZ reports that Dunn was the vehicle driver in the accident, which took place at around 3 a.m.
According to Gossip Cop, the accident happened outside of Philadelphia at West Goshen Township, Pennsylvania. TMZ reports that Dunn and an unidentified person died in the wreck and that police officials found the vehicle “fully engulfed in flames.” “Jackass” cast mate Bam Margera’s mother confirmed to TMZ that Dunn has died.
Cops told TMZ that “speed may have been a contributing factor to the accident,” and the West Goshen Township Police Department stated that officers discovered Dunn’s 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 “off the road and in the woods.”
About two and a half hours before Dunn was killed, he published a picture on Twitter and Tumblr featuring him drinking with friends.
Dunn was in all of the “Jackass” films and inserted a toy car into his rectum in the first movie.
