PHOENIX, June 28 (UPI) — Lawyers representing Arizona shooting suspect Jared Lee Loughner have filed a legal challenge to a decision allowing Loughner to be medicated against his will.
They told a federal court in Phoenix that forcing Loughner to take mind-altering psychotropic drugs is a violation of his rights, CNN reported Tuesday.
