It’s complicated between AT&T and Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski.

Genachowski set off a feud when he came out against AT&T’s $39 billion merger with T-Mobile. AT&T has threatened legal action, both AT&T and the FCC have staged aggressive public-relations plays, and the FCC lobbed the worst insult of all: job-killer.
