SPARTANBURG, S.C. — At an outdoor campaign stop here, Mitt Romney played his favorite game again: The guessing game.
This time he tried to guess what kind of tree served as a backdrop for his rally here at Wofford College.
“What kind of tree is that? I’m not sure,” he said, as the crowd of several hundred snickered and mumbled.
“It’s a Mitt Romney tree, that’s what it is,” Romney declared, finally.
The tree Romney was trying to guess appeared to be a pin oak tree, according to a Daily Caller analysis.
