The Gronkle spent the morning getting fixed.
Two sources with direct knowledge of the situation tell me that Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski underwent successful surgery to fix his ailing ankle this morning. The surgery was an arthroscopic procedure, one that we mentioned on Jan. 27 would happen to clean out the ankle.
