The Syracuse men’s basketball program violated its internal drug policy while playing ineligible players during the past 10 years, according to a Yahoo! Sports investigative report.
The report, published Monday, cites four sources saying that at least 10 players since 2001 have tested positive for a banned recreational substance. All 10 players were still allowed to practice and play when they should have instead faced suspension by the athletic department.
