Paige Windslow of Philadelphia has been charged with third-degree murder for the death of a tourist from London, 20-year-old Claudia Aderotimi, that resulted from illegal silicone buttocks-enhancing injections.

Windslow, known as the “black madam,” allegedly gave Aderotimi the lethal injections a year ago. She was arrested in February. Local news station NBC 10 reports that Aderotimi complained of chest pain and had difficulty breathing after receiving the injections. She died in a local hospital three days later.

Theresa Gyfami, a friend of Aderotimi, received a similar injection in November 2010 and identified Windslow as the one who gave both of them the shots.

The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that Windslow was also charged with giving a 23-year-old exotic dancer injections while at a “pumping party.” The dancer testified that she paid Windslow $1,000 for the shots and later went to the hospital for chest pains and other symptoms of heart failure. She was diagnosed with silicone embolism syndrome due to the silicone from the injections getting into her bloodstream. The dancer recovered after spending months on oxygen.

Windslow is facing charges of aggravated assault and deceptive practices for the case of the exotic dancer, and is being held on a $750,000 bail.
