Sometimes you just feel like going for a jog. Sometimes, you just feel like going for a shirtless jog in the midst of a powerful hurricane wearing nothing but mesh running shorts, shoes and a horse head.
A Washington, D.C.-area fellow took it upon himself to entertain the masses Monday morning as he jogged through NBC Washington’s local coverage of Hurricane Sandy.
The reporter on the scene could not even contain her laughter, just as you won’t during this one-minute long clip.
