Brittney Griner, the 6’8” women’s college basketball sensation, posted her typically phenomenal numbers and added three highlight dunks in Baylor’s easy victory last night.
No. 1 seed Baylor, last year’s NCAA Champion, cruised past Florida State behind 33 points, a career-high 22 rebounds and four blocks from Griner.
But Griner would not stop with just an incredible statistical night.
Playing on her home Baylor court for the final time in her illustrious college career, Griner gave Baylor faithful one last show, throwing down a career single-game high three dunks.
The three slams increase Griner’s career total to 18, three more than all other players in women’s college basketball history combined.
