Panic: Spectator video captures terrifying second explosion

In this footage taken in downtown Boston by an apparent spectator, a girl is heard saying “something just blew up” moments before a flash of fire and smoke goes up at the end of the street and a loud bang is heard. After the second explosion, she can be heard screaming “run!”
