Getting an invite to party at Justin Bieber’s house may top the list of brag-worthy activities, but there’s a pretty big catch: you won’t be able to tell anyone.

According to a non-disclosure agreement obtained by TMZ, if anyone discloses what happens inside Bieber’s walls, they automatically owe him $5 million.

Reportedly, every guest who enters Bieber’s house in Calabasas, Calif., is required to sign the agreement. The confidentiality portion specifically prohibits “photographs, videos, blogging, texting, ‘Tweeting’ or posting any such information on any social media site.”

The document rationalizes the hefty price tag for breaking the clause by saying there is no way to accurately asses the monetary damages to Bieber’s image that may come out of secret-spilling, so $5 million is fair as a flat fee.

What could you possible see at Bieber’s house that could be that damaging? The waiver portion of the document warns that “Activities” in his house are “potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained.”

Potential hazards range “from minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death.” In other words when you walk into Bieber’s home, expect a scene out of Scarface.
