From what the audio hints at, a man called into an unspecified company to complain that the company had missed appointments with him for the past two days. Someone named Michelle had likely called him and left a message, but when he called back, Michelle was nowhere to be found.
He proceeds to have an epic meltdown where he swears repeatedly and threatens to sue the company, as well as “acquire a machine gun” and kill everyone that works there. Pure gold.
