Want to live like one of the greatest basketball legends of all time? For a starting bid of only $29 million, you might be able to snag Michael Jordan’s Chicago mansion.
The superstar’s 56,000 square foot house, which sits on seven acres, goes up for sale on November 22. The auctioning company, Concierge Auctions, says the house boasts nine bedrooms as well as 15 full and 4 half baths. Naturally, there is a regulation size basketball court with “cushioned hardwood flooring, adjustable backstops and baskets, and competition-quality, high-intensity lighting.”
There also is a mancave with the original doors from the Playboy Mansion in Chicago, a walk-in humidor, wine cellar and tasting room. Oh, and there’s an entire guest wing if you’re into that, too.
You have to give credit where credit is due — this house is immaculately and tastefully decorated. Some athletes go way over the top and act tacky, but MJ kept it sleek and classy.
