Miami Dolphins guard Richie Incognito regularly held offensive line team meetings at strip clubs, the National Football Post reports.

A team source said Incognito, who has been suspended for allegedly bullying teammate Jonathan Martin, would fine teammates if they did not attend.

“Richie wanted to set up Richie’s world as a way for everybody to act,” the source said. “Richie thinks everybody should act that way. He doesn’t get that some guys aren’t into that behavior. Some guys don’t want to constantly explain to their wife or girlfriend why they have to go to a strip club.”

Another new piece of information emerged Thursday from a statement issued by David Cornwell, Martin’s lawyer. In it, Cornwell alleges that “Jonathan endured a malicious physical attack on him by a teammate, and daily vulgar comments.”

That was the first time that any physical abuse had been brought up.

Cornwell also explained that the seemingly close relationship between Incognito and Martin was a product of Martin’s attempts to befriend his abusers to make the abuse stop.
