Concerned citizen Osvaldo Duran in Santiago, Chile came across another motorist driving a Mercedes SUV with what appeared to be a small dog hanging out of the driver’s window in a bag.
In fact, there were two dogs in the bag and one of them had been injured.
Duran began filming the man while he questioned him for doing such a risky thing with the animals. The man with the dogs then drove off, and Duran followed him and watched as the Mercedes driver dumped the dogs under a park bench.
While keeping the camera rolling, Duran again questioned the man why he was treating the animals in such a way asking, “What is your problem?” The Mercedes driver said that the dogs where not his and that Duran didn’t understand. He then got back in his SUV and drove off.
The video was posted to YouTube, where it has already been seen over 112,000 times in three days.
