Alex Rodriguez left in the middle of a hearing against him Wednesday when he was told by arbitrator Fredric Horowitz that MLB commissioner Bud Selig did not have to testify.

He reportedly slammed his hand on the table, cursed and marched out.

This is the 12th day of hearings for the grievance filed to overturn the 211-game suspension levied against the third baseman for violations of the drug agreement and labor contract, ESPN reports.

A-Rod demanded Selig testify to his reasoning behind the suspension, however when Horowitz said he did not, A-Rod reportedly shouted, “This is ridiculous!”

He then pointed to MLB chief operating officer Rob Manfred and said, “You know you’re full of shit.”

He left the building and didn’t speak to media, but he issued a statement.

“I am disgusted with this abusive process, designed to ensure that the player fails. I have sat through 10 days of testimony by felons and liars, sitting quietly through every minute, trying to respect the league and the process. This morning, after Bud Selig refused to come in and testify about his rationale for the unprecedented and totally baseless punishment he hit me with, the arbitrator selected by MLB and the players’ association refused to order Selig to come in and face me. he absurdity and injustice just became too much. I walked out and will not participate any further in this farce.”

It is expected that this grievance will end up heading to federal court.
