Sports equipment companies tend to have some pretty creative ads. Most tend to inspire you to do epic things on the court or field, like commercials from Nike or Under Armour. Some can be pretty funny though, like the latest commercial from Foot Locker.
In it, Cleveland Cavs’ Kyrie Irving imagines a week where everything is right in the world. Dennis Rodman goes to North Korea and stays for good, Craig Sader burns his horrible suits and Brett Favre knows when to walk away. Arguably the funniest part, though, features Mike Tyson returning the piece of bitten ear to Alexander Holyfield.
That ad is amusing, but still the best pump up ad has to be the “Leave Nothing” ad from Nike in 2007. Mainly because it features music from “Last of the Mohicans,” but it is beautifully shot.
