Ex-Rep. Anthony Weiner (D-N.Y.) lives on in the nation’s zeitgeist. On Thursday’s episode of the afternoon soap “General Hospital,” Weiner’s sexual alter-ego Carlos Danger showed up in the script.
Some context: Nurse Sabrina Santiago is planning her wedding to doctor Patrick Drake. Sabrina is talking to her best friend and fellow nurse, Felix, about her ex-boyfriend, Carlos, who’s trying to sabotage her nuptials.
Sabrina: “He’s working for that mob boss who’s all over the front page of the paper, Julian Jerome.”
Felix: “So if he’s a mobster he really is…”
Sabrina: “Oh God, don’t!”
Felix: “Carlos Danger! I’m sorry, I couldn’t resist.”
