A 747 painted with the Seahawks colors took an experimental flight over Washington state Friday, drawing a number 12 with its flight path. In honor of the Seattle fans being “the twelfth man,” the Boeing traced a path of the number 12.
The path was posted on flightaware.com, as well as Boeing’s flickr. The Seattle-based aircraft manufacturer unveiled the plane, painted in home team colors, on Tuesday and christened it Boeing #12, in honor of Seattle fans being known as the “12th man.”
