The New York Mets haven’t had a good run in the recent past. They haven’t been in the playoffs since 2006 and have posted a losing record every year since 2008. It’s a tough road for Manager Terry Collins and fans alike.
One young fan turned to divine intervention for a little help. Zack Hutchins, a manager for the Eastern region of the US Chamber of Commerce, spotted something interesting while in church. He tweeted the funny picture to Deadspin.
Hey @Deadspin look what my friend’s son wrote in church today. pic.twitter.com/0dYvhKnACM

Maybe the little boy’s question will be answered. Maybe the big man upstairs will come through this season. The Mets are currently 2-4 after losing to the Cincinnati Reds on Sunday, so they have some catching up to do.
@Jtejero17 @NBCSN my friend says Charlie keep asking if Jesus is going to answer him.
