T-Mobile CEO John Legere delivered an epic profanity-laced rant on everything from Pharell to marijuana, reserving special venom for competitors Verizon and AT&T at a press event Wednesday night.
The Verge made a nice video compilation with some of the highlights, including Legere’s love of sharing energy drinks and weed.
“I hope you got the goodie bags. There should be an energy drink right next to the doobie.”
His hatred for framilies.
“$6 billion that creates this cacophony of the biggest bullshit in history. Maps and charts and promises and happy framilies running through the goddamn store. What the fuck do I care about all that?”
How he really feels about AT&T and Verizon.
“These high and mighty duopolists that are raping you for every penny you have, if they could do something nice for you they would. The fuckers hate you.”
What he thinks of the Pharell hit “Happy.”
“And that guy that sings ‘Happy’ that makes me sick is gonna come in and you’re gonna listen to him for hours until you stab somebody.”
And how he prefers to answer questions.
“I have two quick answers. I don’t give a shit and I’ll celebrate.”
