Here’s What Angelina Jolie’s Drug Dealer Says She Looked Like When She Was Hooked On Smack [VIDEO]

A convicted drug dealer named Franklin Meyer claims to have filmed 16 minutes of video footage of Angelina Jolie in 1999 at her messy, dilapidated apartment after she asked him to bring her a new fix of heroin and cocaine.

The video, which Meyer said he made with Jolie’s consent, has since been obtained by The National Enquirer.

Jolie is a glamorous Oscar-winning actress, a self-proclaimed humanitarian, the wife of Brad Pitt, the mother of six children (some adopted) and, this year, the star of Disney’s Maleficent.

The 1999 footage, which would have been made around the time the then- twentysomething Jolie was making B-movies and dating actor Billy Bob Thornton, shows the actress talking on the phone while pacing nervously around her dumpy living room. She looks emaciated and deathly. Her eyes are bloodshot. Her arms are scratched.

A tabloid reporter said the video has been floating in the ether for years now as Meyer, now 69, has tried to make a living off his days as a celebrity drug dealer.

“The fact of the matter is that AMI (the Enquirer’s parent company) is trying to make a splash right now,” an unidentified source – who may or may not be a shill for Jolie – told the New York Daily News.

Jolie has called the period when the video was allegedly shot a “dark” and “dangerous” time in her life, notes the Daily Mail.

“At the time, I had just bought a video camera and decided to bring it along,” Meyer told the Mail. “When I arrived, I just gave her the drugs and then she gave me the money.”
