Cute Cancer Survivor Gives Ohio State Backup QB A Special Pep-Talk [VIDEO]

Cardale Jones, Ohio State’s third-string quarterback, has no starting experience and has been saddled with the task of leading the Buckeyes against Big 10-rival Wisconsin.

No worries, it’s not like the Big 10 title and a possible college football playoff hang on the outcome.

Oh, wait…

Despite having the deck stacked against him, Johnson definitely has one big small supporter in his corner.

That was Joshua Chambers, a young Buckeye fan battling lymphoblastic leukemia, ESPN reports. Chambers received some inspirational messages from Buckeye players earlier this year, and returned the favor by sending Cardale that special message.

Jones has some pretty big shoes to fill in replacing not one, but two Heisman hopeful QB’s. That being said, cancer is a much scarier opponent than Wisconsin’s defensive line, and brave little Joshua just gave Cardale the best possible pep talk he could’ve received.
