On his show Thursday, TheBlazeTV host Glenn Beck wasn’t holding back on the non-indictment of NYPD Officer Daniel Pantaleo, saying that the police officers were “completely out of control,” while finding it unbelievable that no one was “held responsible.”

Beck and his panelists, Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere, roundly agreed that manslaughter should have been considered and that the non-indictment was nearly unbelievable.

“How this cop did not go to jail, was not held responsible is beyond me,” Beck wondered out loud. “How you could possibly have come up with this particular verdict?”

Gray described the scene as “heart-wrenching,” while Beck continued to pile on, calling what happened “obscene” and “grotesque.”

Beck also compared this to the recent situation in Ferguson, warning conservatives not to mention them in the same breath.

“If you want to have any credibility, you cannot lump Ferguson with this one. This is the New York police completely out of control. They did not murder him, but manslaughter absolutely should have been considered. Why that wasn’t considered is beyond me.”
